Faith E. Sills, LCSW, CBHCMS, has spent the majority of her career in the field of forensic work (primarily mitigation and forensic competency). She works at the 9th Circuit Public Defender’s Office managing a team of social workers who develop, implement and facilitate programs that enable clients to navigate the justice system. In addition to her role as the chief of social services, she also develops trainings and events and developed and maintains 3 websites for the agency: www.flmhlaw.com, www.salutevets.com and www.crimefreefuture.com.
