New Class Action Seeks to Help Veterans Get Combat-Related Special Compensation Benefits – Legal NewsLine
The National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) has filed a lawsuit on behalf of combat-disabled veterans against the federal government. Veterans eligible to join the class action include veterans who have served in any branch of the military during the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, the Iraq War or the War in Afghanistan.
